Requirements of the Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
We welcome new grads and experienced therapists, CF or CCC.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited college.
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas.
We use Enorsa : Rehab Therapy Suite (formerly Fusion Web Clinic).

As a growing outpatient rehab clinic we are seeking to add a Speech Language Pathologist to our team of amazing professionals in Porter, TX.
We provide out-patient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to children birth-21 years of age primarily, and the occasional adult as well.

The responsibilities of this position would be :
Initial / Re- Evaluations
Plan of Care Development
Treating speech caseload
Documentations : Evaluation / Re-Eval report writing, daily treatment notes, Progress notes, and Discharge summaries
Cleaning treatment rooms and materials b / w clients
Maintaining clean desk space and personal work space
Supervision of SLP Assistants, SLP-Interns (CF), and / or Students

Job Type :
Full time (4 days / week). Flexible, part time available.
Schedule :
Monday : 7 am-6 pm, Tuesday : 7 am-6 pm, Wednesday 7 am- 6 pm, Thursday 8 am-7 pm.
