Assistant Manager Position At SONIC Drive-In
As an Assistant Manager at SONIC Drive-In, you will assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Your role will focus on ensuring a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include :
- Hiring, training, supervising, managing, directing, and developing great people ready to serve a SuperSONIC experience to every guest
- Making every guest a repeat customer by ensuring satisfaction every time
- Helping employees understand their role and the big picture

- Managing food, paper, labor, and guest service
