Schedule 3x12-Hour Shifts (07 : 00 - 19 : 00), with rotating weekends and holidays. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) with at least 2 years of experience in respiratory care. Ideal candidates will have experience with ventilators and some pediatric care. You will work independently on weekends as the sole therapist. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions based on physician orders. Manage ventilator settings and provide care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs) as required. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory conditions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active certifications : BLS, ACLS, and either PALS or NRP. Minimum of 1 year of ventilator experience is required; 2 years preferred.
