Position Overview PHC is urgently seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! In this role, you will provide direct patient care for children, support providers with pediatric-focused clinical procedures, and help ensure that every child receives safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

Take vitals, growth measurements, and collect pediatric health histories

Administer immunizations and medications; assist with pediatric procedures and exams

Educate parents / guardians on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care

Coordinate pediatric referrals, follow-ups, and prescription refills

Maintain clinical supplies and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards

Support PCMH initiatives and participate in pediatric quality improvement projects

What You’ll Bring

Active LPN license in the state of Georgia

Prior pediatric or family practice experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of childhood immunization schedules and developmental milestones a plus

Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly approach to care

Strong communication skills with both children and parents / guardians

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
