Job descriptionConsulting with client management on business needs and opportunities. Recommending solutions to enhance process efficiencies and customer service. Researching products to support management in budgeting efforts. Defining complex information systems solutions for business needs. Leading requirements analysis, verification, and managing changes. 7+ years of experience in IT and systems analysis Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field CCBATM or CBAP preferred Knowledge of IT concepts and application development Experience in leading requirements development Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects Advanced operational analysis and design skills 7+ years of IT and systems analysis experience Master's degree preferred CCBATM or CBAP preferred Experience in health insurance industry Excellent technical and non-technical communication
