Job descriptionExperience : A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager License : Active Property & Casualty license Tech Savvy : Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software Communication Skills : Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities Account Management : Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts Client Management : Expertly manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Exceptional Service : Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism. Efficient Processing : Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests / endorsements. Information Handling : Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness. Application Preparation : Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers. Market Follow-Up : Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
