Description

Assist in planning, leading, and formulating user-centered design strategies and solutions for experiences and initiatives using insights gathered from moderately complex research projects, psychology, and UX best practices. Serve as a change agent, seeking innovative solutions to moderately complex problems. Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct research, analyze data, and uncover opportunities to deliver value and create exceptional experiences. Work under limited supervision on moderately complex projects, exercising judgment within established procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative and advisory resource to various levels within design and product teams to identify research topics and plan initiatives for both generative and evaluative purposes.
• Evaluate and analyze user experience by leading projects end-to-end; develop guides and screeners, moderate sessions, analyze data, synthesize findings, prioritize, and deliver results.
• Develop and maintain experience and journey maps throughout project lifecycles.
• Gather, analyze, and develop user stories that capture user needs.
• Conduct research using qualitative methods and selected quantitative methods, such as surveys.
• Communicate and present findings effectively; tailor insights to the audience; influence organizational change and alignment.
• Package insights into tools and assets like personas, design principles, scenarios, workshops, etc., for use by designers, product managers, and marketers.
• Support team members in translating research insights into innovative solutions that address user and business problems, leading to measurable outcomes.
• Create artifacts and educational tools to promote UX Research within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to champion user-centric approaches based on research findings and feedback.
• Serve as a liaison for moderately complex research and relate findings to other channel services.
• Utilize established strategies and tools to enhance value for users efficiently.
• Perform analysis to quantify benefits and justify feature prioritization.
• Lead user experience initiatives across work streams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
