The Project Manager is responsible for the overall results of the job which include office and field duties from turn over meeting until final completion of project.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-7 years' hands-on experience with residential asphalt shingles
• Education : High School / G.E.D
• Experience working on large-scale Residential projects- start to finish
• Ability to solve problems and offer solutions
• Comfortable reading plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Must speak English, Spanish is a plus
• Basic mathematical skills and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Driver's license required
