Requirements :
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Project Planning and Management
Project Coordination
Oversee all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Technical Oversight
Blueprint Interpretation
Review electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide project execution.
Code Compliance
Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and standards, such as NFPA 70E and NEC.
Quality Assurance
Conduct inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety standards.
Team Leadership
Team Supervision
Lead and manage project teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other technical staff.
Training and Development
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering skill development and growth.
Conflict Resolution
Address and resolve issues among team members to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Communication and Reporting
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Documentation
Maintain detailed records of project progress, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Status Meetings
