The IT Manager, RS&C is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support Regulatory and Technical Communications processes and ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems. This role leads a team of IT professionals, manages projects, and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality technical support and innovative solutions. The IT Manager ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and provides strategic guidance to align technology with business goals.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

• Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting Regulatory and Technical Communications business processes and technical information systems platforms.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection, modification and validation of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware / software and database management.
• Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools and information systems.
• Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
• Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years experience managing IT systems or processes in medical device or other highly regulated industry OR Advanced Degree and minimum of 3 years experience managing IT systems or processes in medical device or other highly regulated industry
