The IT Manager, RS&C is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support Regulatory and Technical Communications processes and ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems. This role leads a team of IT professionals, manages projects, and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality technical support and innovative solutions. The IT Manager ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and provides strategic guidance to align technology with business goals.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years experience managing IT systems or processes in medical device or other highly regulated industry OR Advanced Degree and minimum of 3 years experience managing IT systems or processes in medical device or other highly regulated industry
