Site Supervisor

Alutiiq Integration & Repair, LLC (AIR) has a dynamic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance and logistics operations at a designated Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) site, ensuring high-quality MRO services for Navy aviation support equipment. The Site Supervisor will manage site personnel, coordinate with Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs), and ensure compliance with Navy standards. Be prepared for potential OCONUS travel to support task orders.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations at designated FRCASE work locations.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and support the Program Manager in executing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistics (MROL) services for Aviation Support Equipment (SE).
• Supervise contractor personnel performing SE re-work, ensuring compliance with workload standards, government IT system compatibility, security protocols (e.g., CAC / PKI, OPSEC), quality assurance requirements, and environmental and safety standards (e.g., PPE use, FOD prevention).
• Coordinate with site leads at locations without a designated supervisor.
• Participate in weekly production and supply meetings.
• Provide timely status updates on active workload, challenges, and mitigation actions to the Operations Manager and Government representatives (COR / TPOC).
