Customer Service Representative
Start Date : Monday, May 12th 2025
Pay Range : $17 / hr (potential for pay bump upon conversion based on performance)
Contract Length : 3 month contract to hire
Worksite Location : San Antonio, TX 78216 - On Site
Hours of Operation : Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-6pm CST & 1 Saturday per month
Schedule :
Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm CST & 1 Saturday per month (for first few months) then transitions to
Mon-Fri 9 : 30am-6pm CST & 1 Saturday per month (day off during the week)
Interviews : In Person on Tuesdays & Thursdays with Manager & Director of Customer Service
Training : Initial classroom training will be 2 days weeks learning the CRM system & practicing calls (No time off permitted during this time period)
