UTA seeks a Social Media Manager to build and scale the division’s presence across digital platforms, showcasing our roster, partnerships, and impact across culture. This role will translate creator milestones, brand collaborations, and industry moments into content that feels timely, entertaining, and authentic. This role lives at the intersection of entertainment, internet culture, and brand storytelling and will craft a consistent stream of content that strengthens UTA’s voice and deepens engagement with talent, partners, and audiences.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Develop and lead the social strategy for UTA, ensuring a consistent and culturally relevant voice across platforms
- Build and manage the content calendar, balancing planned storytelling with real-time reaction to industry and internet moments
- Concept, write, and produce content across formats including short-form video, graphics, carousels, reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Source stories from across the roster and turn talent milestones, partnership wins, and cultural touchpoints into engaging narratives
- Collaborate closely with agents, brand partnerships, marketing, and design to align messaging and maintain visual consistency
- Edit clips, write captions, and assemble creative when needed, while also managing external creative partners or freelancers
- Stay actively tuned into cultural shifts and platform trends, making thoughtful decisions on when and how to participate
- Engage with audiences through comments and conversations in a voice that reflects UTA’s tone and authority
- Track performance and deliver regular reports with clear takeaways and recommendations
- Use social listening and analytics to identify new content opportunities and refine strategy
What You Will Need
4+ years of experience in social media or content strategy within a brand, agency, media company, or entertainment environmentDemonstrated track record of developing and publishing content that drives organic engagement and audience growthStrong creative concepting and storytelling abilities with excellent copywriting skills.Hands-on proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.)Fluency in cultural trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for digital brand buildingExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneouslyExperience in community management or audience engagement across major social platformsResults-oriented mindset with familiarity tracking KPIs such as engagement, reach, retention, and follower growthBackground in entertainment, digital creator economy, or talent representation, preferredExperience collaborating with influencers or creators on branded partnerships or campaign contentFamiliarity with analytics and scheduling tools (Sprout, Later, CreatorIQ, native dashboards)Comfort experimenting with emerging tools — including interactive formats, AI-enhancedMay oversee interns, coordinators, or freelance creative partnersOccasional travel required for content capture, events, or team collaborationWhat You Will Get
