Customer Service Agent – Licensed Insurance

Job Type :

Temp-to-Hire | Part-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist policyholders by phone and email with questions about coverage, billing, policies, and claims
  • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and required documentation with accuracy
  • Educate customers on policy options, product details, and coverage needs
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM and carrier systems
  • Provide professional, compliant, and courteous service during every interaction
  • Schedule : Part time

    Monday–Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No weekends)

    Pay :

    $16.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Requirements :

  • Active insurance license required (Property & Casualty preferred; Life & Health a plus)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (insurance experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
