Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (MA Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret clinician's patient care notes for prior authorization and care plan recommendations

Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as necessary

Supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active Massachusetts pharmacist license

Experience in clinical pharmacy settings, particularly in oncology or specialty care

Knowledge of medication therapy management (MTM) practices

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Ability to train and educate pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals
