Senior Regulatory Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Promotional Review Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compliant and accurate regulatory solutions for promotional and advertising materials

Lead the promotional review process during Promotion Review Committee meetings

Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Medical, Science, Marketing, Business, or Communications; PharmD preferred

7+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry

Functional experience in regulatory advertising and promotion required

Strong project and process management experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Experience with promotional OPDP submissions and understanding of the advertising / creative development process
