Empower U is seeking dedicated and experienced In-Home BCBAs to join our team. The successful candidate will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The In-Home BCBA will work closely with the child and their family to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior changes.
Responsibilities :
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
General Requirements :
Mandatory : Required BCBA Certification
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as with managerial staff, patients / family members, and other co-workers courteously.
Must be able to prioritize work demands and organize time efficiently.
Interview family members of youth to develop a plan and obtain preliminary information.
Analyze available data to determine where, when, and why problem behaviors occur.
Directly observe the child served in all home / community-based settings.
Define all target behaviors in objective and measurable terms and design an appropriate data collection system to measure target behaviors.
Record all case notes on electronic health records (CYBER).
