Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Target account.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strong client partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve collective sales targets and personal development goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
