Property & Casualty Service Manager

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Service Manager (Middle Market / West Region). Key Responsibilities Manage operational activities of the Personal Lines Services team, including performance management and team oversight Provide training, coaching, and establish career paths for team members while promoting account retention and cross-sell opportunities Monitor compliance with profit and growth objectives and ensure timely renewal of policies through quality control and reporting Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of relevant coverages and concepts High School Graduate; a college degree is preferred Prior managerial experience is required Must hold or obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within an agreed timeframe In-depth knowledge of agency management systems and related processes
