Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview :

Join an innovative in-home urgent care team delivering high-acuity services directly to patients. Travel with a medical technician (DHMT) in a mobile unit and provide comprehensive care with a 1 : 1 patient ratio (7 10 patients / shift).

Start Date : Hiring Immediately

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Schedule :

10-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM or 12 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM)

Must be available for 14 shifts / month, including 4 weekend shifts

Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation : 8 : 00 AM 10 : 00 PM, 7 days / week

Responsibilities :

Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and procedures (sutures, wound care, splinting, etc.)

Assess and treat complex illnesses using evidence-based protocols

Coordinate care and educate patients / families on managing acute and chronic conditions

Document encounters accurately in real-time

Uphold clinical quality and safety standards
