Job Description
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Handle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - these are warm leads, no cold callingUpsell real estate agents' current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listingsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficientlyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platformConduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's servicesMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunitiesAssist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retentionGenerate and qualify leadsPrepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metricsStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updatesParticipate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skillsQualifications
WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...
A Hunter mentality, eager to create and nurture a sales revenue stream through lead generation and warm calling, while meeting measurable sales goalsExperience in an Inside Sales or client Account Management role, ideally within a Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services sectorExperienced in customer service, sales, and customer retention with expertise in handling customer objections and escalationsExperience working with one or more CRM's (e.g. Avature, Encore, or Salesforce.com) or Ticketing Tracking systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Zendesk)Additional Information
