Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, or related fields. RSPO SCC Lead Auditor certification (required or preferred). ISO 9001 certification from an internationally accredited and recognized institution, such as PECB or IRCA. Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or a related area. Proven experience with RSPO SCC audits or similar sustainability certifications. Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and RSPO supply chain certification standards. Excellent risk assessment and data analysis skills. Outstanding report writing and communication skills. Proficiency in time management and multi-project organization. Deep understanding of the sustainable palm oil industry and supply chain management. Familiarity with environmental and social sustainability practices. Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently

The RSPO SCC certification is essential for ensuring that the palm oil used in QIMA's clients' products comes from sustainable and certified sources.
Job Description
We are seeking an RSPO SCC auditor to join our team, as a crucial part of our sustainability efforts.
Responsibilities of the position include :
- Planning and conducting RSPO SCC audits for various organizations within the palm oil supply chain.
- Assessing compliance with RSPO SCC standards and identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Performing risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.
- Preparing comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Communicating audit results to clients.
- Staying updated on RSPO SCC requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of the certification process.
- Managing multiple audit projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
- Traveling to various locations to conduct on-site audits.
