Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour with opportunities for growth and advancement

Location : Holland, MI and surrounding areas

Schedule : ~30 hours per week with consistent shifts

About the Role :

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Caregiver with hands-on experience to provide high-quality care and support. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of experience with sit-to-stand or Hoyer transfers

Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and personal care

Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred

CNA certification or prior healthcare / home care experience a plus

Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

Provide safe mobility support : transfers, ambulation, repositioning

Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines

Light housekeeping : laundry, dishes, tidying up living spaces

Provide companionship and emotional support

Ensure clear communication with clients, families, and office staff
