Terrific company in Fountain Valley / Costa Mesa has partnered with Ultimate Staffing to fill a Customer Service Representative opening.
This will be onsite Monday to Friday
Duties :
Will need to read from a script
100% on phones
No selling
Will update information from customers
Will need to have outbound and inbound calls experience
Must have clear communications and be professional.
Must have worked in an office setting
Be able to multi task
Computer savvy
Customer service background in an office setting.
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
