American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT certification for a high-volume cardiac catheterization team.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in a hospital-based Cath Lab environmentDaily departmental caseload averages 15 casesDay shift, 4x10 hour schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PMOn-call required : 8 days every 4 weeks and 1 full weekend of 24-hour call from Friday to Monday every 3-5 weeksFloating only within the Cath Lab unit as neededPatient cases include structural heart procedures (TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman), interventional radiology, neurovascular, cardiac, and EP studiesUtilizes Philips imaging systems, Philips Xper hemo system, IVUS / IFR / FFR, OCT, Boston IVUS IFR / FFR, Roto, Penumbra, Angiojet, Jetstream, EKOS, and Shockwave equipmentEPIC EMR strongly preferred though other electronic charting consideredLocals (within 75 miles) are not eligiblePending state license acceptedResponsible for assisting with a range of cardiac, vascular, and EP proceduresWill complete orientation modules as part of onboarding; annual module completion requiredFirst-time travelers are accepted for this positionRTO (time off) requests must be submitted up front and are restricted to 7 daysNot eligible for local travel if residing within 75 miles of the facilityTeam support and in-house training available during orientationAll candidates must provide two professional references and a complete 7-year work history for consideration\n \n Requirements\n
