As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in executing custom product orders for industrial, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage applications. Location : Delavan, WI 53115

Hire Type : Direct Hire

Salary Range : $75,000–$80,000 + 5% Bonus

Job Duties :

Collaborate with customer service, product engineering, and application sales teams to develop and configure orders

Engineer and design custom product solutions to meet customer specifications

Manage product structure and documentation through bills of materials in the ERP system

Create detailed component and assembly drawings and models for sales, manufacturing, and assembly teams

Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and shipping departments to ensure project accuracy and timeliness

Provide design and technical support to improve quality, manufacturing, and assembly processes

Support product lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with product management and marketing

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design Engineering

Internship or early hands-on experience in engineering or design preferred

Proficiency in MS Office

Working knowledge of CAD tools (Autodesk preferred)

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems a plus

Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
