Electrical Maintenance Technician

1st and 2nd shift available!

This is a salaried position ($70-$85k) with overtime paid at time and a half of hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of PLC systems and electronic systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
• Manage breakdowns via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley.
• Work with controls, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades in the plant.
• Complete preventive maintenance on electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems including press controls, PLCs, robots, electronics systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Work with press controls and robotics systems.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift from 5 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for up to 12-hour days and occasional overtime on Friday and Saturday. This is a direct hire role within a union facility but is a salaried, non-union position. The company offers competitive compensation with time and a half for any hours worked over 40 in a week.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.
