Job Summary
As Polaris Adventures grows, the Senior Fleet Manager leads the Fleet team in forecasting, ordering, logistics, and disposition readiness across our nationwide network. This role ensures the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time to maximize value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who works across Fleet, Account Management, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Finance, balancing Outfitter & Dealer needs with Polaris Adventures' core values and driving continuous optimization across the outfitter network. This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring strong leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage complex processes and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Skills
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $136,000 to $169,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range, it is not common to start at the high end.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. To qualify, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
