We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our client’s production team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves loading, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components used in the medical industry. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and eager to grow in a clean and team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Shifts Available :

1st Shift : 6AM – 2 : 30PM Monday through Friday

2nd Shift : 3 : 30PM – 2AM Monday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities :

• Load raw materials and operate CNC machines according to setup and production instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements
• Inspect finished components using basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Read and follow 3D blueprints, part drawings, and job travelers
• Perform basic machine adjustments or alert setup technicians if needed
• Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
