This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and guidance to Behavioral Analysts to ensure best practices in Positive Behavioral Supports are followed.

- Hours : 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Setting : Group Homes, Apartment Buildings
Responsibilities :
Developing and revising policies and standards for use within residencesProviding administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staffLiaising between Behavioral Services and clinical departmentsEnsuring proper documentation and OPWDD Survey standards are metImplementing in-service training for all agency staffQualifications :
2+ years of supervisory experienceMaster's degree in PsychologyBCBA certificationExperience in developing support plansProficiency in documentation standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsAdaptability and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented and organizedDesired Skills :
3+ years of experience in Developmental DisabilitiesLeadership and / or administrative experienceKnowledge of Positive Behavioral SupportsStrong analytical skillsProactive and collaborative team player
