About us :

Moody’s Northwest Consulting is a result driven management consulting firm headquartered in the Seattle metropolitan area. We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead - AI Enterprise to lead a small, high-performing team focused on deploying and enabling AI capabilities across the enterprise. This individual will serve as both a hands‑on technical leader and strategic architect, helping drive Premera’s transformation through advanced AI solutions.

You will lead a pod of three engineers, guiding the design, development, and integration of AI-driven applications and services into existing business and technical ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for AI initiatives, overseeing a pod of three engineers to build and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Design and implement AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms, data sources, and securazity frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Build and optimize MLOps and LLMOps pipelines , including model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship , fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and velocity.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure all solutions meet compliance, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Contribute to AI strategy, tooling selection, and platform evolution to support enterprise-wide enablement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $150k / year in our lowest geographic market up to $200k / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
