We are seeking an Accounting Associate with the following core accounting skills :

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Invoice processing and reconciliations
• Journal entries and vendor setup
• 1099 processing and reporting
• Experience with AP / GL systems
• Familiarity with financial applications (Coupa, Oracle, Guidewire)
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Processes checks, ACH and Zelle payments

This is an Entry level position with a Contract employment type, in the Accounting / Auditing and Finance job function.
