The mission of KBIS Capital is to provide our investors with the opportunity to invest in a carefully curated real estate portfolio with access to a diversified pool of assets managed by different sponsors. About the Role :

The Director of Capital Development will develop and manage relationships with investors, raising private equity capital, and expanding our network of funding partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully raising equity within financial services and private equity. This person will bring access to a well established network of investors, high-net-worth individuals, financial professionals and other strategic partners. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires exceptional networking abilities, polished communication skills and the professionalism to build trust and inspire investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, engage, and secure new investors for the firm’s private equity real estate funds.
• Leverage existing "rolodex" and networks to identify and cultivate investor relationships.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and investor meetings.
• Manage ongoing communications with investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute capital raising strategies.
• Educate prospective investors about the firm’s offerings, performance, and opportunities.
• Support the development of investor presentations, marketing materials, and reports.
