Overview

CTG is seeking a skilled Tool Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations, tooling maintenance, and new product introduction.

Location : San Jose, CA

Duration : 2 months

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and optimize manufacturing tools and equipment.

Analyze issues, conduct experiments, and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.

Improve operational uptime and tool availability using LEAN and AGILE practices.

Support non-conforming product disposition and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

Hands-on experience in tooling maintenance or manufacturing support.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of LEAN and AGILE methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse teams.

Education :

Associate’s degree or technical training in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 / hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
