Job description
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Production Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer production outcomes and ensure manufacturing success for top accounts
Manage complex production projects, addressing DFM issues and supplier selection
Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing
Required Qualifications
5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, etc.)
Experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle
Strong understanding of DFM, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
Service-oriented with a focus on customer outcomes
Bonus : Mechanical engineering degree and experience with US-based manufacturing
