Job description
A company is looking for a Workday Data Conversion Analyst near-shore.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and clean HR, payroll, and benefits data for Workday loads
Populate Workday EIB and CSV templates
Execute data loads and monitor for errors
Required Qualifications / Skills
2-4 years of data analysis or migration experience
Strong Excel / data manipulation skills
Familiarity with HR data domains preferred
Experience with Workday EIBs or similar data tools a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
