What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a skilled

Lead Carpenter

to join our crew. This isn’t just about swinging a hammer — it’s about leading a team, solving problems on the fly, and creating spaces that our clients will love for a lifetime. You’ll be hands-on every day, from framing to finishing, while also guiding others and keeping jobs on track.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and work alongside a team of carpenters on custom home projects.

Take on all kinds of carpentry work — framing, trim, cabinetry, and custom details.

Read and follow architectural drawings to make sure everything lines up.

Keep the job site

safe

, organized, and efficient.

Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and sometimes clients.

Teach and mentor less experienced carpenters — share your knowledge and skills.

Make sure the finished product meets the high standards our company is known for.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of residential carpentry experience, with at least 2 years leading a crew.

Experience with custom or high-end homes is a big plus.

Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

Can read blueprints and technical documents with ease.

Solid communication and leadership skills.

A real eye for detail and a love of craftsmanship.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Base Pay : From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
