Terra Green is a full-service landscape company that is driven by its mission and core values. In order to better fulfill their mission, the company is in search for a highly motivated worker interested in being a member of the landscape maintenance team. This department is responsible for maintaining the grounds of commercial and residential properties in and around the Charlotte region.
This position is responsible for leading a crew of fellow team members in providing quality landscape maintenance services to our clients. In addition to leading the crew, the incumbent will operate at times power equipment such as commercial grade mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, pruners, etc. A minimum of one year experience is required. This is a full-time permanent position.
Lead and motivate a landscape crew of 2-5 team members while delivering high quality landscapesAssigning individual responsibilities to fellow crew membersManage projected budgeted hours and quality standards for assigned propertiesOversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely mannerTrain crew members on a continuous basisResolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicablyEnsure that all crew members follow safety rules regulations at all timesEnsure the proper and safe use of applications of pesticides, fertilizers, and other chemicals according to safety regulationsCommunicate in a timely manager with both manager and crew membersEnsure a clean and safe worksite for both employees and clientsProperly maintain assigned vehicle and equipment (both interior and exterior) to company standardsSend picture updates daily and in a timely manner to manager and corresponding Client Relationship ManagerProperly clock crew in and out using time-tracking softwareRequirements :
