On October 14, 2024, Tuerk House contracted and opened Multnomah County’s Coordinated Care Pathway Center in Portland, Oregon. This now adds further support, evidence- based services, and care to the community's public health crisis. The Center will also help to address concerns about public safety, livability, and overall community health and well-being.

JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE :
The Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM / Peer Support Specialist (PSS)) will support individuals who have chosen to receive deflection / sobriety services or have a desire to participate in recovery services. The CRM / PSS will work within and around a center supporting individuals through the full continuum of services at the center. CRM / PSS will meet each new resident at intake into the center and support the individual in feeling welcome, answer their questions, provide compassionate support, and guide throughout the facility process. They will provide ongoing support to ensure that the individuals are achieving their self-determined goals identified in their care plan. The CRM / PSS will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator for recovering individuals entering the center.

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
