In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company , handling customer calls, scheduling jobs in Service Titan , supporting our field technicians, and building strong relationships with both residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Manage inbound calls, create customer files, resolve client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete sales call screens, follow-ups, and job bookings in Service Titan
• Conduct follow-up calls for customer surveys, service calls, and complaint resolution
