Manage a 12-bed unit within a 29-bed facility, working with a full-time mid-level provider.  Participate in daily treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including the medical director, nurse manager, and social workers.  Provide high-quality care in a modern, secure facility equipped with 24 / 7 on-site security and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services.  Maintain a manageable caseload with optional voluntary call opportunities.  Sign on bonus and student loan repayment options.  comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance, life insurance, disability, and malpractice with tail.  Pay range : $300K-$350K.
