Bowling Center Crossfire Bar & Grill Server

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide proper and professional food and cocktail service to all bowling guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
• All duties are to ensure that GSR’s guests receive a quality product and good service.
• Promote and document orders for food and drinks, reciting selections of all Crossfire Bar and Grill products, enter the order into a POS, properly garnish and deliver to guests in a timely manner.
• Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses / bottles, emptying garbage, sweeping / mopping floors, scrubbing / sanitizing equipment, etc.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of server station daily, before, after and during shift.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
• Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.
