As a Process Engineer , you'll establish, maintain, and continually improve our manufacturing processes and systems. You'll focus on improving quality, reducing costs, and creating best practices that make our operations stronger and more efficient.
Your day-to-day impact will include :
- Organizing, implementing, and maintaining production processes
- Developing assembly instructions, workmanship standards, and process documentation
- Driving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings
- Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions for process, machine, and programming issues
- Partnering with design engineering on DFX (Design for Cost, Test, Manufacturability, and Assembly)
- Researching and justifying new technologies to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase capacity
- Programming manufacturing and inspection equipment
- Liaising with suppliers to strengthen manufacturing processes
What You Bring

Knowledge & Skills :
Advanced expertise in PCBA manufacturing and assembly processesWorking knowledge of Lean ManufacturingFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standardsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAnalytical skills with the ability to research, analyze trends, and present data clearlyProficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and process documentationAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills across all levels of the organizationAbility to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly changing environmentEducation & Experience :
