Job Summary

As the Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations for the ByteDance dining program. This includes managing a team of culinary associates, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and driving excellence across all kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee food production and culinary execution for the account

Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets

Develop and execute creative, on-brand menus

Lead inventory purchasing and control

Launch new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary degree (preferred)

3–5 years of culinary management experience

Strong background in high-volume production and catering

Proven ability to manage cost controls

Eagerness to grow within a leading foodservice company
