The Lead Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain compliance with project specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Direct and supervise all field operations for multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Scheduling & Coordination : Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Quality Control : Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Safety Management : Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Budget Oversight : Assist in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
• Team Development : Mentor and lead field staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
