Billing Service Processor

A company is looking for a Premium Billing & Service Processor to join their Group Protection Operations Team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage premium and billing applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information

Troubleshoot issues related to premium and billing, conducting analysis for root cause identification

Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders while managing premium and billing cases according to established procedures

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

0 - 1+ years of experience in billing, premium, and / or reconciliation

Basic knowledge of accounts receivable

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
