About Us : Have you recently obtained your CDL-A? We have the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career! We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious recent graduates who are eager to begin their journey on the road. With our hands-on training program led by certified mentors and competitive solo pay, you'll gain the experience necessary to build a successful over-the-road (OTR) driving career.
What We Offer :
- Hands-On Training Program : 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid orientation and training
- Average Weekly Solo Pay : $1,200–$1,500
- Home Time : Every 2 weeks
- Long-term career path with ongoing support
