Overview
Generates maximum sales to assure achievement of annual sales goals through A-dec's network of authorized dealers, dental schools and government installations as assigned, along with administrative and company interpersonal responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assures maximum sales within the assigned territory through effective sales activities. Creates business plans with the Regional Manager to be used as the blue print for the year and serves as a basis for prioritizing sales support efforts.
- Provides for consistency within A-dec's dealership network by monitoring and enforcing A-dec’s Dealer Agreement.
- Provides for maximum sales through effective sales activities.
- Provides for maximum growth opportunities for A-dec by frequent communication and information sharing with the respective Regional and Territory Managers.
- Provides for effective sales communications by completing all administrative requirements with accuracy and on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of two years account management experience in the dental industry is preferred. This is to include, but not limited to, working with the dental distribution network. Candidate should be familiar with and understand the North American Dental Distribution system.Must be able to travel on a regular basis.Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Proficiency in presentation systems and comfortable presenting information to a wide range of stakeholders.Demonstrates good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively.Ability to work independently as well in a team environment.Disclaimer
