A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their high-volume call center team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to incoming customer / client callers regarding disability claim status
Make outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases / hearings
Access various disability processing systems to research and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
Two (2) years of customer service / sales experience preferred
Strong computer knowledge with excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
Ability to handle high call volume and deescalate scenarios effectively
Commitment to strong attendance and ability to meet multiple performance targets
