What We're Looking For : - Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework - Required : Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) - Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus - Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed - Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs - Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
